I started working at DaVita in the last quarter of 2023. As a UX Researcher, I collaborated with several new researchers and multidisciplinary teams to best support their needs. From interviews to clinic visits, our small yet mighty team, consisting of 3 researchers and 1 research manager, embarked on a journey to conduct studies that uncovered the struggles our colleagues were facing. This allowed us to create opportunities for better products, improved processes, and ultimately enhanced experiences for both our colleagues and patients.
